Ask a neighbor and fellow homeowners, and you might not yield accurate testimonials, especially if the project they had done was 5 or 10 years ago.

Not all client reviews are positive; in fact, most people use it as a way to call out poor services. The advantage of digital testimonials is that the response goes both ways. A contractor can respond to the negative reviews and clear the misinformation, address issues or even lay down the truth behind the supposed event described in the testimonial.
